Terms Of Service Agreement


By reading and accepting this agreement, I hereby authorize Holland Cleaners to open an account in my name for the purposes of performing laundry & dry cleaning and associated services.

Holland Cleaners will pick up & deliver at a location authorized by me, and if this location is at a residence, and the area of delivery is outside, I understand that inclement weather may prevent safe delivery on occasion. Should this occur, redelivery will be attempted on the next regular delivery date.

It is my responsibility to include a completed 'Order Form' in my garment bag. Should Holland Cleaners discover a discrepancy they will contact me about such discrepancy. Otherwise, if I do not include a completed 'Order Form,' Holland Cleaner's count will prevail.

I understand that Holland Cleaners will charge my credit card, or house account for services rendered. I understand my credit card will be charged for monthly services on or around the 15th of each month for the prior month's services.

If I have selected a house account payment method, I understand I will receive a statement following the end of the month for services rendered, and full payment is due by the 15th of month in which the bill was received.

I understand that any changes to my credit card account or house account must be received by Holland Cleaners in writing.

I also understand that should Holland Cleaners find it necessary to utilize collection procedures I agree to pay all fees associated with the collection process.

Finally, I understand that Holland Cleaners will strive to provide the utmost quality and service possible, however, if I have concerns or comments about such service, I will contact them promptly.
